Do I need to call someone each year for A/C maintenance to make sure it is working properly?
It’s not a bad idea to have a certified A/C contractor to come out and service your unit each Spring to make sure it is running efficiently. A lot can happen during winter storms and to get the best use out of your A/C unit, it is always a great idea.
Here are a few more tips to check out now that Spring is here too….
- Check your gutters, check for leaves and any leaks
- Use COMPACTED SOIL near the house or foundation to prevent flooding
- Inspect the concrete for any signs of cracks, fill them with concrete filler
- Check outside faucets for freeze damage by sticking your thumb over the opening and turning on the water, if you can stop the flow, there is likely a pipe damaged.
